The hotel was so very close to St. Marks Square and so much of the action. The staff was very helpful. It was pleasant staying in such an old building with so much of original Venice and the charm.

Staff was wonderful. Breakfast and afternoon tea everyday. Loved the location. They were so helpful w/ arranging our transfer to the port to get to our cruise ship. Highly recommend!!

Location was fantastic, so central. The bed was so comfortable. The room decor was lovely. The breakfast had a great selection of food, something for everyone and amazing coffee. There was also a lovely afternoon tea with sweet cakes and pastries available to all guests which was a really nice touch.

It was such a great spot for exploring Venice. Right in the middle of it all. We explored for 2 days and loved every minute of it. The staff helped with all our needs. The place was clean and comfortable.

The location of the hotel is perfect, we were staying in the annex which was located just around the corner of the hotel in its own courtyard. It could get a bit noisy when the restaurant below was setting up in the morning but nothing too bad. The room was spacious and the AC was perfect, I think maybe in a heatwave it probably wouldnt be strong enough but at 28 outside the AC kept the room cool but not freezing cold. The bed was so comfortable!!

Location is perfect! Only one minute walking to the San Marco Square and you can walk to the square in early morning if you try to avoid crowds. From square within another 10 minutes, you will find Alilaguna water service towards Venice VCE airport for 15 euros! I dont know if it is booking.com or hotel staff responding my specific questions promptly, anyway no one would ignore your questions.
